We are a distributor, representative, and manufacturer of state-of-the-art, quality telecommunications equipment.

When Greg Francis started GRF Comm Provisions, Inc. back in 1984, he always maintained that customer service would be the key to the company's success. Initially, this led to Greg maintaining enough business relationships to keep his company going, while keeping the focus on thorough and speedy service. Little did Greg know that his focus on customer service and satisfaction, would force GRF Comm Provisions, Inc. to broaden its horizons.

After nearly ten years of running the company on his own, Greg's initial hire was his own son, Troy Francis. Troy, fresh out of college, brought some new ideas and life into the company, but also knew there was a lot to learn if he was to do his job well. GRF's next hire, Joe Arthur, brought with him a world of experience and a product that would become GRF's signature product in the telecommunications industry. Joe brought with him the origins of what is now known as Rock-Ped™ Brand Pedestals. He has twenty years experience working with underground utility vaults and handholes. Joe covers the territories of Arizona, Nevada, and parts of California. We affectionately know him at GRF as "the Rock Man". Rounding out the GRF sales team is Greg's youngest son, Shane Francis. Shane took over the Northern California territory early in 1998. He is learning each day what it takes to provide thorough and speedy service. He is very good at working with people, so as his knowledge grows about the industry we should see him realize his potential as a salesperson.

Our team has been carefully put together over the last six years. GRF Comm Provisions, Inc. continues to grow along with the telecommunications industry.
